Well I can tell you right now I'm not taking French (although I plan to), so good luck with that.

Well, I know a little bit of french, but I'm probably pretty rusty, lol.  I'd be better at translating specific than entire essays, so I'm not sure if I'd be of too much help.

Some believe he was some kind of demon worm creature who would pose as a librarian. Others believed he was an angel sent to spread the word of god. The truth is, I dont know what he was. All I know is what he taught me. Love, friendship, and what it means to truly live. Some call him a monster, something children are terrified by. I only know him by what he called himself. I'm in French II, so I may not be of much help to you.  When I first started taking it I gradually owrked into my normal lifestyle so much that I will say sentences half in French and half in english sometimes.  LAst year when my family went out to this really fancy restaurant for my graduation, the waitress asked if I was done and I said, "Oui- I mean yes!"  Some phrases I never even say in English anymore, like I'll be like, "Ferme la porte." and my family's just gotten so used ot it that they do it.  Sooooo...oui, je parle francais.

lol yeah sometimes the french have a better word to describe a situation or a person than the english language allows and I'll just like go off on a french rant :P and every now and then I use like a french idiom or something, but pretty much when I'm in the US I speak english and when I'm in France I speak french lol

Yeah, I can see how people have more trouble learning English than the other way around.  One thing I do like English better for is that the auxiliary verbs are soemtimes a little easier.  I just don't like to go through the hassle of learning a new language once I already know one. :-\

French is hard sometimes I took a french class last year and it was harder than in gr.9 but it can come in handy and its fun to learn another language.
