It probably is a waste, but to me, it's still pretty fun. I popped some yesterday. And it freaked my cat out. sm4

omg I LOVE bubble wrap... I'd always jump on it and pop it.  But we don't use it much now or get packages with it, but I'd still pop it if we did.  It's like a huge waste of my time lol.

LOL yeah I sometimes get bubble wrap with my CDs. I love to pop it when I get it, but I usually don't have enough to sustain me for days.

Sometimes I'd think I'd like the bubble wrap just as much as what it was holding, lol.  It's like on FH when Michelle liked the box more than the Valentine's Day gift. sm5

oh yeah sometimes I get the bubble wrap envelope things but it's hard to pop it when it's inside and attached to an envelope :P

But I don't think bubble wrap is more enjoyable than a CD or anything else LOL.  I could care less of what it came in as long as I got it in good condition.

Very true, but it's just those enjoyable memories from most kiddies' childhood. sm1

AAAHHHH I LOVE popping bubble wrap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  sm5

another great childhood packaging pasttime?  those little styrofoam peanuts sm3 many a time did I leap into boxes full only of those and throw them up in the air like snow and roll around in them (only to find that they had been squished into the carpet and I had to spend just as much time vacuuming that shit up as I spent playing it it sm4 )

plus just any form of empty box.  It's like freaking Christmas; don't even get me a present, just send the old box your refrigerator came in and I'll be happy as a clam.  seriously.

Yep, I always loved those too, lol.  Of course I mostly picked apart a lot into smaller piece.  What a mess that could turn out to be. sm5  Actually most any kind of styrofoam was kind to pick at.

Obviously there are other things I treasure more than bubble wrap, but it's just a neat simple little form of escapism.

Peeeanuts. I loved those things, then hated them at the same time. I used to play with them with my sister's cat, fun times. Used to take them in my hands and just crush them. Hated the small leftovers though. They seriously were a pain in the arse. sm14

LOL one time I was walking home from school and outside of the tennis courts were soooo many of those peanuts, I dunno why.  But I picked one up and tore it apart :P

And yeah I LOVE boxes, but they have to be HUGE... like you said, refrigerator boxes would rock lol.  Oooh what if someone made a house out of boxes??  OMG I'm there...

Awesome idea, fhfreak.  A house of boxes would be so cool. sm5  Reminds of the time we went to this store which had all these room replicas (I know that doesn't really seem like the same type of thing at all but hopefully you get what I mean at least).

That name sounds so familiar, but for the life of me I can't connect it with anything. :p  I'm sure I would if I saw it again.
