well im pretty sure beverly hills 90210 had an official magazine for a while too. that was back in the early 90's probably around the same time this full house one came out.

90210 was different though. That was the most popular teen show in its heyday, and I'm sure there was a lot more to talk about with their actors than the FH ones.

but I can't think of any other TV show that's ever had its own magazine either, can y'all?

There have been a number of magazines devoted to the Star Trek universe, including Trek (original series), Enterprise (the original series) Star Trek Magazine (the entire franchise), Star Trek: The Magazine (the entire franchise), Star Trek: The Next Generation Magazine, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Magazine, Star Tek: Voyager Magazine, and Star Tek Communicator.

About the Full House Magazine, I had never heard of it before this thread. I wouldn't really have any desire to own a copy of it, but reading it would certainly be fun.

Oh I certainly doubt there was ever a chance of one, the two shows above ar shows that people really get into, I can see something like a soap opera having a magazine because of it's frequencey and how the episodes are linked, unlike Full House.

Of course, there's a clear line between an official magazine and a successful one as well.  From the looks of it, ther might have been a few editions of it and that was it.  The people behind it happened to own some of the legal rights to distribute the FH product, and thus were able to make it an official magazine.
