Opinion of School
« on: December 14, 2007, 02:38:50 AM »
So basically, what is your opinion of school in general?  This is more about your personal experiences that school as a concept, just to clarify that.

At the moment I must say I do kind of enjoy it.  That in part has to do with taking some pretty interesting courses though.  Overall, in my life I would go with don't mind it, so I guess that's what I base it off of.

I voted other.  I mean, I like school, but I'd much rather be somewhere else lol. I mainly like it because I can see my friends and hang out with them after school (by the bike racks and in the snow :P)

Yeah, the social factors are arguably one of the most important things to come out of education.  I could probably learn as many skills as I've gotten in courses if I wanted to at home with a little motivation and research, but missing out in that aspect of meeting people is something else.  I think a lot of people find even when they don't like work, a lot of fond memories still do end up coming out of the school education, even if it takes you years to actually realize it.

I don't mind it. While it's definitely not a very enjoyable thinig to do overall, I wouldn't be doing anything much otherwise and be much more bored than I already am.

I said I like it, it's really easy and I can talk with friends a lot. Once I get into HS and start to pick better and more advanced courses I think I'll like it more.
I'm back

I like it and I always have. For the most part I think it is because I enjoy the classes and the freinds. I also like that I can also get involved in after school actvities like photography club.

I don't mind school though there are some idiots there and bullies. High school is a bummer though.
"Some dont believe he ever existed, but that isnt true. He was here, and he was real. The real question is what was he, and why was he here. Many rumors speculate as to what he was. Some believe he was some kind of demon worm creature who would pose as a librarian. Others believed he was an angel sent to spread the word of god. The truth is, I dont know what he was. All I know is what he taught me. Love, friendship, and what it means to truly live. Some call him a monster, something children are terrified by. I only know him by what he called himself. Weird 4." - nicest comment ever!

I think that's always I always when I started school it was a good and bad thing simultaneously.  On the one hand, you're exploring new experiences and dealign with all different kinds of people, but on the other, sometimes it can actually affect the way one acts in ways to a negative.  I was so outgoing before I started school, and a cruel classmate or two really changed that.  I don't want to make it sound like a tragedy though, lol.

I have mixed opinions about school. It depends what we're doing. For the most part, I like it, though. I like the hanging out with friends/having fun part. Some classes are lame, but my friends and I spice them up. sm3
