I've had some teachers I don't really like, but I don't think they've had something personally against me.  I never look for trouble, so that's probably why, lol.  I don't think I'd want a free period just because if I am there I want to be acquiring as much as I can.

My turn:
A-Day:
Hospitality: (double block) Great class, but HATE the hotel we have to work at, and their food sucks. (hah everyone else hates the hotel too, but we MIGHT change hotel locations). We're all a pretty tight knit group, so this is argubly (sp?) one of the best classes ever.
BCIS: Everyones quiet in that class, but for the most part its a decent class. Sometimes really boring though.
English: <3 the teacher, and some of the kids are mature and pretty cool. But there are some kids however...that I cannot stand. They're immature, annoying, and sometimes really rude.

B-Day:
Spanish: Teacher is okay, lectures too much though. Very easy, but sometimes boring.
IPC: I cannot STAND my teacher now. He's cranky, rude, and ALWAYS snaps at people for the smallest/pettiest things. Another teacher thats in there however, is still cool and likeable.
US History: My LEAST FAVORITE class of the day. Long, boring, but if I can say one thing positive: my teacher lets us slide in terms of grades. If you make a 40 on a test, for the progress report, he'll give you a 70 instead.
Geometry: My worst. subject. ever. period. I got help with my exam (in another room with another teacher) which made me pass the semester. (HALL-I-LU-YAH!!!!!)

And...no free periods. Which is expected for such an over crowded school. :P

I guess you prefer your A-day then, RG, lol.  Your English class from the way you've described it is a lot like my accounting class.  I didn't take too many thing I couldn't stand with my extra year, but I've had a share of them in the past.

So are their religious belief expectations from the students, or do you tend to have students of any?  I"m must interested because we have a Catholic high school near us and there aren't any requirements except one must take Religion and prayer is included in morning P.A.

No, there aren't belief expectations but since the school is Christian there is morning prayer daily, mandatory attendance chapel sessions every Wednesday, bible study like things once or twice a month (mandatory attendance), and a required bible class.

What are the chapel sessions, if you don't mind me asking?  It seems like a little church activity from the name of it.  In bible class, have you ever had someone make a controversial challenge, just given the subject matter?  I just find things like that interesting.

Our school is really weird so the semester ends next week. The midterms are this week, so we dont have actual school Thursday & Friday but we have mid terms those days, so we just go for a little under a half a day. After mid terms, my schedule changes dramatically. I can keep it the way it is or have something like RG's A/B day. But it might be confusing (because of days 1 2 3 4) but i think that with work out that every other A day we do one and ever other B day we do one. I'm keeping cooking, french, and acting + modeling. No chance I'm taking math this semester. These are my choices:
biology, earth science (whatever ology its called), world history, grammar, bilingual literature, shakespere study, public speaking, technology, nature, business & accounting, cultural study, physics, chemestry, and hospitality.
Theres more boring ones that I didnt post. I need a bunch of new classes. I need ideas for new ones. Anyone go suggestions on good ones?

Okay, my day:

Wake up at sometime between 6 and 6:30, except it's a problem if it's the latter because I have ot be at the bus stop by 6:45-6:50.  Then I get to school, which starts at 7:25.

1st class: Orchestra- It's okay but I hate how this year my teacher teaches all this music theory stuff that only confuses me more instead of just having us play songs

2nd: English I H- Also okay, all my academic classes are honors so sometimes my teachers try to make the work harder than "average" the tests can be hard but I always manage to barely pull off an A

3rd: Global History H- A total joke.  We never so anything, and my teacher just uses the premade tests from the book so they're super easy.  Last year was 10 times harder than this year.  My friend never takes any notes and still got an A+.  Just by showing up to class you can get an A+.  I spend most of the time daydreaming, planning the rest of my day around homework, writing/drawing in my assignment book, etc.  And my teacher shares a room with this other teacher who he's totally scared of, and he never erases teh board or anything because he's afraid he'll erase something important, it's hysterical

4th: Lunch- It's lunch, so it's awesome, only problem is that it's at 10:00, so I'm barely hingry, but I eat anyway.  If it's warm I go outside once I'm done eating.

5th: Gym/Health- For the first semester I had gym, which was totally easy, my gym teacher didn't care at all what you did, you just had to change and then pretty much talk the whole time if you wanted.  I hear health is hard though, because the teacher acts like it's a core subject.

6th: Biology H- A NIGHTMARE.  The teacher puts stuff on tests that she never teaches us, and everyone thinks shes insane.  She also has this really wierd accent that everyone makes fun of, but she doesn't get it.

7th: Algebra II H- I never really liked math but I'm finding it to be okay this year.  I actually thikn I have an A this quarter and I have a really good teacher.

8th: French II- It's pretty good, it's easy and the teacher's good, I easily get good grades in that class.

And then that's it.  I never change to other classes because I was boring and decided to take orchestra all year.  And AJ, whatever you do, DO NOT TAKE BIOLOGY!  IT IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CLASS IN THE ENTIRE WORLD!

Kind of ironic that she lectures on talking in class. Our local private, religous school has several non-Christian students.
I'm back

Yeah, that's the case with a lot of schools I think MT Fan; it's not like any other institution would be willing to start up a school. Anyway my day is
1- Advisory (you read; pretty boring)
2- Family and Consumer Sciences (cooking and sowing; fun :P )
3- Band/Art (both are okay)
4- Social Studies (I know more than the teacher sometimes in this class :P )
5- Algebra I (hard to pay attention; the teacher is really boring)
6- English (I don't like the teacher but at least she doesn't go on and on like my Algebra teacher)
7- Lunch (pretty self explanatory; I sit with my friends and talk about sex and violence)
8- Study Hall (a lifesaver if I have homework, otherwise really boring)
9- Chemistry (the teacher is kind of interesting, not a big fan of his style though)
10- Health/PE (hardly any homework; easy A)

Yeah, taking Biology would be a total mistake. It is a living helll, especially if you're not good at science related subjects.

I woudl find your schedule pretty rough, Mikayli, just because of the nature of all the subjects you've had.  I enjoy a 4 classes at a time routine than 8 for the whole time system.

7- Lunch (pretty self explanatory; I sit with my friends and talk about sex and violence)
Lol, well that kind of caught me off guard.  I suppose easier then than in a class though. :P

I hear that Biology at my school is also a total nightmare (which is why I choose foods class EWW!) From what I hear from the people at my school you have to be very good at science or it is hard to understand. and they also disect things which is gross.

I did well fairly well in Biology when we had to take science, although I haven't taken it again (although ironically more people complain at my school about physics when I didn't find that all too difficult).
