We were thinking of usually having them on a Friday close to the day instead, to make things easier in that way.

I'm thinking we'll have the voting in late February like last year, and the term starts a little bit after that.  But yeah I really want to make it clear the MR position is not decided by the staff and the way to get in is from member votes.
