In light of the minimal Member Rep election, the staff decided to give fhfreak a regular mod position.  Just thought we'd announce because you might see it in her profile anyways.  Congrats to fhfreak.

Yes, that is correct.  There wasn't enough of a need as evidenced by the last election to fulfill the purpose of it.

we all like you weird4, but you didn't show up to vote for yourself and none of the staff are allowed to vote in MR elections!  since fhfreak has won the last like 400 MR elections in a row we decided we might as well make her full time staff considering she pretty much already was anyway :)

Well no the MR elections are over as is the position.  The only way we'd have need to bring it back would be if enough members openly felt like they needed one.  I'm sorry you were grounded but the ending date was set.  Your history even points out you made posts during that time so that possibility was still up for grabs.
