Fergie
« on: April 04, 2008, 11:05:05 AM »
Does anyone hate Fergie's solo album as much as I do? All of the songs on it have been overplayed, and they are way to pop for me. I especially hate Big Girls, Glamourous and Clumsy, although I'll admit London Bridge isn't bad.
I'm back

I can't say I've really heard it, so I won't judge.  But the stuff I have heard of hers is not for me at all.

I guess she has had a history anyways, what with the Fergie member being a huge fan.  Is link still a fan?

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury. Who do you find more attractive. Tom Cruise or Mel Gibson?

And I think Fergie might have made a similar acquisition once.  Good sleuthing. ;)

Are you sure it's orgasmic enough for him?

Well I'd assume if he's obsessed with her, it would be orgasmic as well.  Just hark back to his Tiffany days. :P

Shes gonna continue to release singles, which she should.

Shes worked hard on her album, and its getting what it deserves.

You don't have to appreciate it, but don't diss it.

Link, it was a dare for me to use the word orgasmic in 5 posts. That's the only reason I made that post.

The general public may have had their tastebuds surgically removed.  Just joking around... ;)  I understand the beauty of subjectivity.

LOL

But seriously, shes spent her whole life on this. She didn't just write songs in a day, she pieced them together from things that happened to her. Losing my ground is about her addiction, Finally is about her journey through life so far, Pedestal is about people who hate on others. Don't just listen to the singles.

Well it's an interesting concept.  With cohesiveness in the lyrical sense it gives the order of the tracklist kind of interest for those who like it.  I'm always music first, but the inspiration of the titles and words are intriguing.  It's a nice tidbit.
