I don't think I've seen as many as you have, but I haven't really seen an episode of it I didn't like, lol.

Scott Tenorman Must Die has the highest rating on TV.com.  I remember watching that one with my cousin late at night, lol.  It was so shocking and gross but hilarious.  I don't know the name (if you do please say so), but I also love the one with the goldfish that kills people.

The hippie episode
The NAMBLA episode
The episode where the aliens give Cartman the anal probe, so he farts all the time
The Cheezie Poofs episode

I've seen the middle two of the ones you've listed.  Not really favorites of the series for me but I might need to see them again.  I really want to get in the habit of seeing more of these again.  I know the first one I watched was when Stan's father was playing some strip hot tub game LOL.

LMFAO Stan's father is amazing.
I haven't watched the show for quite a while, but I loved it enough at a point to get the season DVDs.
I personally love ALL episodes, but my favorite one was the Imaginationland one.

I noticed that was at our video store of all places.  I might rent that some time then, lol.  At this point I'd probably say South Park is the best of all the animated adult programs.  The Simpsons in the 90's but South Park has had far more consistent quality.
