FH theme song performed on guitar with vocals (very funny)
« on: October 31, 2008, 02:15:12 AM »
Ok, I wasn't quite sure under which topic to put this, so here goes.
I found this very randomly searching on youtube. I have no idea who they are, but the clip was fun, and I thought they had good vocals and at the guitars so I wanted to share this:

Hey sorry I'm late to replying to this (slightly), but thanks for posting.  It's a pretty good performance overall.  I remember hearing another cover version that I liked as well.  In the right production it turns out to a pretty good song.  The FH theme song is alright on its own as well.  The harmony at the beginning and end of the song are good as well.  Too bad they didn't include the middle section cut out after the first season.

I like the guitars, but the singing is seriously out of tune.

I listened to it again.  I didn't find the singing to be that bad.

No, their singing is absolutely not bad! I just think that the song really doesn't justify their voices.. Listened to some of the other theme songs that they did (while I was on youtube anyway), and they do the theme to 'Perfect strangers' (the series with Mark-Linn Baker in lead, who guest-starred as Becky's snobby cousin), pretty well, not to mention how hillarious it is to see them play the theme to Beverly Hills 90210 on the same guitar!  :D

I don't really know those theme songs so I don't know how they care to the original theme songs.  I guess that's one feature they do a lot it seems.  The second one with the one guitar was pretty impressive, lol.
