Full House Series - Would You Buy?
« on: November 29, 2008, 12:01:53 AM »
Say it's being sold for a great deal like $50 for the whole series.  At this point, and assuming you don't have any of the seasons currently in possession, do you think you'd buy it?

I perenially say I'm getting one of them from my mom but it never happens.  Maybe this year will be the year! ;)

I think I would.  I've always said I was going to own the entire series someday, and I've actually only got 3 seasons left to buy.  I think that it would be nice to be able to have all of them and watch whatever episode you wanted whenever.

Hmm yes, I'm crossing my fingers that this year is the year, lol.  I imagine it'll be an interesting experience just to have them all right there.  It's too bad they didn't do much as far as special features went, but at least the whole series got to see release (some others haven't as of yet).

Wow!  What kind of deal you end up getting on it, out of curiosity?

At the moment I have all 8 seasons on dvd, bought them each as soon as they were released.. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth it, I really didn't care about the price. But still, as crazy as it seems, I am so tempted to get the complete box set aswell, just because it has a different layout...but that's just being obsessed! But if, say, the box set was to get a great deal, I might buy it..
I agree, the season sets should have been included with some more bonus material, it would have made owning them more worth :D

It's good to know you take such good care of them. ;D

I imagine I'll still be going through the DVDs I got for Christmas + Birthday so I'll have to see when I have room to stock up on things.  I've got to get them eventually, seeing as I have on DVD some things I watched less.

Do those happen to be the first four or just a random combination you ended up picking up there, lol?
