[Sorry if this thread is already created? I'm not sure] I LOVE THIS SHOW! Anyone else watches the reruns on ABC Family? The only member here I knew of that watched this show was Sue, but that was a very long time ago. This show I've been watching since the beginning of HR's time. sm5 Well, if you don't know about it, here's info:

Ah, I LOVE Gilmore Girls!  I started watching it last fall and have watched it on and off since then, but recently I've been watching it every day.  Also I love that there's 7 seasons with hour long eps, so even though they show one ep every day it still takes a long time to run through all the seasons, so you don't get sick of it!

Haha, definitely! I was so sad to find out it ended a little while ago, it's one of The CW's best shows, in my opinion. I love Lorelai and Rory's obsession with coffee and those Friday Night Dinners got me hooked. :D I think Rory belongs with Jess, since Logan has this thing about him that just isn't good for her.

I used to watch it, and I remember being quite embarrassed of it. Still a great show, good jokes love the pop culture references and the witty dialogue. Plus, I always thought Alexis Bledel was hot. And I can definitely relate to Rory a lot.

Yeah, I just love how Lorelai mentions of Metallica being her favorite band or how Rory had a Bananarama outfit when she was a toddler. <3 I think it was insane and real how she decided to drop out of Yale that one time. Her relationships were pretty intense too.

I've seen a full episode, lol.  I guess I don't tend to give shows chances.  But of course, I like enough on TV already that I really wouldn't have room anyways. ;)

It was at least three or four years ago, but I know that the girls were at the dinner table talking to a parent or something I think, lol.

Well I'm very exclusive with my peoples.  JK, lol. ;D

Yeah, that part of the show was definitely very out of character for Rory, but I can see the point that was trying to be made in that she's not perfect and I guess everybody needs that coming of age identity struggle, hers was just later than most.

Yeah, that was a pretty depressing period for her, considering she cut contact with Lorelai, who she always used to go to for everything.  Ironically, she pulled a "Lorelai" on her grandparents by running off to live with Lane, haha. It's a good thing she did come to her senses eventually. Ever since then, she's had a number of setbacks in her college years.

I used to watch Gilmore Girls, though I only watched the final season from start to finish in its original run. Havn't really seen the show since it ended.

I like the characters of Rory, Lorelai and Luke. Alexis Bledel is one of my top ten actresses. Alexis Bledel was the main reason I watched the show.

However, I absolutely cannot stand the Grandmother. She comes across as this spiteful old woman who wants to make life miserable for Lorelai because of Lorelai had Rory in an out of wedlock teen pregnancy. The Grandfather was ok, although a bit stuffy. Some of the other characters like Luc's daughter were good, some like Sookie were not so great.

The show would have been a lot better if they'd not focused so much on the Grandparents, or not a all, or if the Grandparent's hadn't been so stuffy, and the Grandmother hadn't been so spiteful.

So Obviously I prefer the episodes that don't focus on the grandparents more than the ones that do.

I sometimes watch the show. It's pretty good and Alexis Bledel graduated from the high school I currently attend. :]]
