Colliding headers and footers- Umm yeah, we have a slight problem, I'm getting help with it though, just tell me if you notice anything strange with the skins as the global headers/footers are all in the wrong skins!

umm it seems TOH Skin is free of any effects tho so I didn't notice lol what is it exactly?
