Now all reg mods mod everything (I kno weird) b/c when I was admin at Nate's forum you could select "Moderator" in someone's profile

ummmm no u couldnt... could u? If you select from the dropdown that says limited powers: yes/no, if ya say NO then it means that they just mod ONE board
