Ok don't feel bad if you don't get a spot after this.. I think that everyone being a mod is enough

ya know? So from now on it's going to be alot harder to become a mod... hope u understand!

so spots will only be open if that board in particular doesn't have any mods or ur replacing another mod...

Try and give out the best staff moderators that are TRUSTWORTHY and RELIABLE. Don't give it to that someone that can be abusive and not following the rules. You have to think first before making clever decisions. Good Luck!
