Luckily, a police car was in the distance on the highway. "They have walkie-talkies," and then noticed Eunice had a walkie-talkie in case she falls on the ground at home  :P . Jesse tugged it away, turned it on, and tuned it to the right channel.
"Officers!"
"Who is this?"
"Jesse Katsopolis. Joey Gladstone is driving my car drunk about 1 mile northeast from you on Highway 101,"
"What car?"
"A 1992 Plymouth Sundance,"
"Okay, we're on it. Out,"
and then they had to wait.
