here are mine, Im pretty sure i left some out, but oh well:

MTV (Cribs, Real Life, Boiling Points, Music Videos)
VH1 (I love the 80s, I Love The 90's, Old Music Videos)
E! (THS)
ABC (Wife Swap, AFV)
NBC (Jay Leno, SNL, The news lol)

Here's the channels on which I watch shows on a regular or semiregular basis.

CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) -- This Hour Has 22 Minutes, Royal Canadian Air Farce, The News, Hockey Night in Canada, Simpsons reruns

Omni TV -- Full House reruns, Home Improvement reruns

CW -- Gilmore Girls, Seinfeld reruns

CBS -- CSI, New Adventures of Old Christine, David Letterman

ABC -- AFV (America's Funniest Videos)

TNT- Charmed
ABCFamily- good movies on, Sabrina the Teenage Witch  :P
TBS- Friends, ELR
