Tanner's Island -- When the Tanners get stranded on the island, Jesse is wearing neon green swimming trunks, and he doesn't have his tan pants with him. Yet at the end of the episode, at the "This is Polynesia" show -- Still on the island -- Jesse is suddenly wearing his tan pants. How did Jesse get his pants?

In Greek Week, when both Melina and Michelle come out after Joey took them shopping, you can see blonde hair on Melina.

What are being listed here are actually goofs.  Bloopers refer more to outtakes rather than kept-in mistakes.   But you're definitely coming up with some good ones.

I noticed this throughout the entire show...  On the first floor of the house, there are two staircases leading up to the second floor - from the kitchen and the living room. But on the second floor, there is only one staircase leading down. And it doesn't matter which one they use, they still end up coming upstairs in the same place

That's not true. You only see them coming up from the living room because the hallway camera is always placed at the top of the stairs from the kitchen. OTOH, you can't see the door to Danny's bedroom or the stairway to the attic. But what does that really matter? The only thing that ever happened on the attic stairs was Jesse & Becky locking Michelle out of the apartment.
"Fine, I'm leaving. BUT YOU'RE GONNA MISS ME!"

In that one episode where Michelle wants to learn to read and DJ is writing on the chalk board. In each scene the lettering is different. o_o

In the episode Misadventures in Babysitting, the Kagans child is Michael Kagan. Eight episodes later, in the episode Three Men and Another Baby, the Kagan's kid is now a baby named Tony. Logic says they definitely can't have Tony, and logic probably also dictates that Michael shouldn't exist either.

In Misadventures in Babysitting, DJ babysitts Michael Kagan while Mr. and Mrs. Kagan go to a Greatful Dead concert. There is no Tony mentioned, suggesting that the Kagan's don't have a kid named Tony, since DJ would have to babysitt Tony as well if they did.  Then in Three Men and Another Baby, the Tanner's watch the Kagan's baby Tony while the Kagans go away for the weekend. Mrs. Kagan was not pregnant in Misadventures in babysitting, so there is not time for Tony to be born in between the two episodes. Also, there is no mention of Michael Kagan, whom we know exists; and whom the Kagans would either have to find a place to stay for the weekend (logic says he would stay with the Tanners as well), or take on their vacation (not likely).

I can't explain the disappearance of Michael (just like any other disappearance throughout the show) and I haven't seen Three Men And Another Baby, but is there any implication that says Tony was for sure the biological child of the Kagans?

Goodbye Mr. Bear -- When Nick and Irene come over, just before Stephanie comes downstairs, there is a shot of Nick, Danny, and Jesse -- Not eating food.  Then the camera cuts to Stephanie coming down the stairs. A couple of minutes later the camera cuts back to Danny & Jesse. They're now eating what looks like fried chicken.  Since there's no indication they left the living room, how did they get the food?

Goodbye Mr. Bear -- At the beginning of the scene where everybody is upstairs in DJ and Stephanie's room, we see Steph sitting on the window sill. The camera cuts to a wider shot, and there is a pile of stuffed toys to the left of the alcove. Then the camera cuts to a shot of Danny, Jesse, Joey, DJ and Michelle coming into the room. The next time we see the pile of stuffed toys, it has changed. There was a green tote bag there the first time that is now gone, and there is a blue stuffed toy on top of the pile that was not there the first time. Then, when we see the pile of stuffed toys for a third time, it's back to it's original configuration, in which it remains for the rest of the scene.
