Stephanie:  Yeah, $60.  You'd have to be crazy to want to buy a mathbook for that amount in the first place.  (to Danny) But I have an idea.  Instead of making Michelle pay for it herself, why don't you pay for it and then avoid giving her an allowance until it's all paid up?
