Yeah, the 'Dating Game' episode is about how Stephanie wants to be boyfriend/girlfriend with that kid Josh. (And pretty much imitate DJ and Steve's relationship).

That's only half the episode. The other half is Joey inviting Alison over for dinner; Joey thinkig it's a date, and Alison thinking it's not. Also, Danny making the "turkey in a boot" for Vicky because he thinks it's her favourite meal, and then finding out it's not after it gets dropped on the floor.

The episode gets it's title from the similarity between the Stephanie and Joey plots, as in both Joey and Steph thinking they're on dates with people who think they're not.

I really like The Dating Game. It's one of my favourite season 6 episodes.

My other favourite season 6 episodes are:

Come Fly With Me
Radio Days
I'm Not DJ
Silence is Not Golden

I can agree with those very well actually.  Pretty much all the Stephanie ones were great that year.

But back to what this thread was originally about, did anyone find it odd how she's kind of with Brett in this one, and yet a couple times later on in the series, they act as if each is her first boy/girl experience or crush (Crushed, The Dating Game).  Now I can't really comment on what the episode was specifically about, but I have an idea.

I thought that it was a pretty good episode, of course I loved how it centered on baseball and Joey announcing the game was hilarious. I also thought it was a very realistic and applicable to life episode.

i LOVE this episode lol, the whole thing with becky and jesse "doing their taxes is really funny"....when michelle goes and gets joey and then brings him up to make them play with her, then jesse turns the tables on him......nice little subplot, IMO

Agreed. That part was really cute on Michelle. Very funny part.

I enjoyed it.  I like it how towards the end Brett apologizes and says it was wrong to have my girlfriend cheat on me, something like that.  Its funny when Joey says they are doing their taxes and Stephanie says her heart beats "Bret Bret."  Becky is sweet when she tells Michelle she will set aside time for her to come up and play.
