It's Michelle's birthday party with her friends, and the theme is the Flinstones. So the whole family dresses up as Flinstones characters, even Comet! But the party is cut short when Becky goes into labor with the twins. The family rushes to the hospital, and almost forgets about Michelle and her friends. Jesse arrives at the hospital in his Fred Flinstone costume with Becky, and is diagnosed with appendicitis. So while Becky is in labor, Jesse is getting an appendectomy. Becky gets worried that he won't be on time for the birth, but the operation is over just on time. Becly gives birth to two identical twin boys. Jesse names one Nicholas after is father who gave him great hair, and Becky names the other one Alexander after her college teacher who inspired her to go into journalism. So Michelle shares her birthday with her two twin cousins, and is happy because she gets to have three birthday cakes.
