I think every month, each staff member would nominate a member to be Member of the Month. Then we'd have the poll like the MR elections, but it would be more for the title, and not a staff postition. I just thought it would be cool, and they'd like get a special siggie or something if they won and would be able to use it for the month. What'd ya'll think?
