I just watched this episode, and I gotta say, it's hillarious.  Both the bungee jumping plot and the Counting Crows/Schmedricks Disease plots rock.

I know some people here can't stand this episode *cough* csoup* *cough* fullhouseforever*cough*. I couldn't disagree more. And I'm mad as heck that this episode got killed in the Season 8 Episode elimination thread.

Oh well, it happens. This episode was okay, I did like Becky's bungee jumping and DJ and Steph tricking Michelle with that false disease.

The bungee jumping seemed just okay to me.  I didn't really anything overly special about it, in comparison to some other Jesse/Becky plotlines.

I'm also the type who when they see an episode and something occurs that just annoys me to huge proportions, it will pretty much give me that subconscious frustration for much the whole story of it.  This is of course referring to Michelle and the Counting Crows concert ticket -how Danny just simply brought her into without showing any interest in it, and how Michelle could just steal the spot even though she didn't like (or at least hadn't heard of) the band.

The disease was amusing, but not something that puts it above everything in the episode.  Plus, the way it was resolved brought back visions of the prior scene.  This time, Michelle is pretty much viewed as the angelic sibling for taking back something that wouldn't have happened if she didn't act so bratty in the first place.

So Michelle thinking she deserves a shot at one of the Counting Crows tickets, and Danny agreeing, ruins the whole episode? Sheesh. It bugs me that you can dislike an episode so much based on what seems to be a mere two minutes of it.

I suppose you would have preferred it if the plot were Steph and DJ getting the tickets from Joey, and then going to the counting crows concert in the episode. Except where's the humour in that? If I want to hear the Counting Crows, I can listen to their album (August and Everything After, released in 1993, was the one album they had out at the time), or watch one of the videos from said album on Youtube.

The bungee jumping plot is a hillarious Jesse/Becky plot. Edna the bungee jumping grandma made a great addition to the episode.

I thought the A plot for which the episode was named, was not good. However I thought the two side plots were great, so this sort of becomes a mediocre episode for me.

It's not so much just what happened in the scene.  It's that the whole point of that story was directly related to that event and what it was the intention.  And it doesn't ruin the whole episode, it just takes away the umph that might be there with a different story.  It's just the way things play out for me.

No, it could have been done in a similar fashion.  Let's say Michelle casually liked them the whole time and wasn't doing it just to get attention and have Danny automatically include her.  If the same thing result, she really hasn't been bad at all.  The same Schmedrick's thing can rise up in the same fashion with DJ and Stephanie wanting a different situation.  It would make their happiness with Michelle in the end more justified as well.  I don't see the need of them having to make the ticket giving so unreasonable.

I just found it to be mediocre really.  Jesse and Becky was probably the highlight of the episode, but I'd seen just as great in episodes before that weren't that amazing.

I never said i didn't like the episode!!  I happen to think it's hilarious, actually; i think that Michelle is particularly obnoxious in it, yes, but i think that DJ and Steph teaming up against her is great, not to mention the whole disease is ridiculously funny.  plus, Becky totally kicks ass in that episode with her whole feminine try-and-stop-me-from-bungee-jumping attitude when Jesse comes up with that double standard !!!!!  however i didn't like at the end how Becky jumped with Jesse, I personally think she should have been like screw you and jumped on her own . I personally think it's a great episode, but whenever episodes get down to only one point i can never resist killing them off, just to have one less one there, ya know?  sorry that it offended you so much, but totally don't take it personally, remember it's just a game and it's just a TV show  ....y'all killed off Dateless in San Francisco, an ep i like  

i thought Edna was weird, but i do like the actress, i've seen her in other stuff...

lmao, yeah I agree with csoup. While Michelle is rather annoying, the episode is quite funny actually.

I think it was unfair for Michelle to have won that ticket from Joey since she wasn't even a Counting Crows fan.

I do think Michelle should be able to do more with Steph and DJ.

I loved the other plot about Becky and Jesse.
