Yeah, that's SMF. We can do that on our own server (once we find a reliable one..) but we'll have to start over no matter what.

I believe Proboards Support said that you have to switch it off in the Admin after that date, which would be now. If we're going to move the forums for some reason, fine. But this paritcular issue should be easily fixable (unless they are not offering this option at this stage for some reason).

but why would they even put ads in if people could switch them off? Maybe they were referring to the ad-free feature? lol I can't find the thing to switch them off if there is one..

They put them in at first for the trial run, and now it supposedly should have been disabled so the run is not in a mandatory effect. On proboards it says got to the Admin functions area to General Settings, and it should be there. If not, I'm of no help.

it says you can choose the placement - at the top or in between posts..
