This was an idea breifely discussed in the mods section. What we do is have like a specific hour each day where everyone trys to get online. Then we could all post on the forum at the same time thus making threads move faster and more smoothly. Maybe the time would be 8:00 Eastern or something like that. What do you think?

I suggested the idea in the first place, so I'm on board, lol.

The first few will just be trial runs to see how it works, and then we can get something more organized set up. I'd recommend going with a time and a day, and seeing who will be able to make it ahead of time.

As I said on the mods board, I'm not particularly enthusiastic about this option but anything to get HR moving again.

Yeah, as long as HR picks up the pace, I think this is a pretty cool idea.

YES because I miss the "ol' chat days" when there would be a bunch of people on the chat at any random time, and we'd talk for hours. I'm so on for it. But is the site up and working again?

^^ I misunderstood... I thought you meant in the chatroom lol. But yes I like the idea of the forum thing. It will make the forum look more active.

When? Every night, or once in a while? I think that would be cool, I guess i'm trying to get more involved in the forum, so it sounds like a cool idea.

Every night, it's more or less a designated time to get on.

Yeah I'll try. Now that it's summer I might be going on bike rides at that time though. So maybe we could just have like period of a few hours, like maybe 6-9 eastern.

Kind of defeats the purpose though because then it would be a large enough period of time to the point where we won't have as many on at once. I would say maybe 8-9:30 at most.

I'd rather at least start off with a few dates rather than just a nightly time. We can work our way to that. But let's see how this works on a special occasion first. The idea is to be under similar logic to the chat, but online, and the chat being made on every day takes a bit of the feeling away from it. How about we start off with something like Sunday, the 27th, at 8:00 PM and see where we go from there?

That's okay if you can't obviously. There are going to be more, and it'll extremely to try and meet everyone's schedules all the time. I wouldn't make it every day, because then it'd more like a recommended time to come on rather than an actual get-together to attend.
