Do you ever wish Pam Tanner was actually on the show? I do. I think it would have been cool if they made the first episode the story of how she died.
What do you think?

It would probaby be a sad episode showing how Pam died, but it would still be pretty cool featuring her on the show.

I'm fine with Pam Tanner not being on the show, and only being in the home movie show at the end of Goodbye Mr. Bear.

I think half of the first season should of had Pam in it, and then the rest of the series dealing with how she died, but I don't know if the show being so depressing would turn people away.  But I would like to see more of Pam.

I think if anything they would have only done a flashback episode, but I think it's best we only saw her in movies.

I think its good that she wasn't, because then Joey and Jesse wouldn't be needed. Although, when she died, it would have been a good season finale, IMO.

I wouldn't have wanted it.  It would have destroyed what the point of the show was when they started.  I might not mind a flashback, but I think what we saw in Goodbye, Mr. Bear was enough.  Killing her off in the middle of a season would be way too dramatic, even for a first episode.  Maybe in a show that capitalizes in dark humor, but that's not FH.

FHF, I could not have put it better myself. I would not have wanted it, for sure.

Glad we can agree on this, lol.  Our opinions seem to be hit or miss for the most part.

Yeah, a portion of a season and/or series about how Pam died would be a little depressing.

I think it would have been cool to show Pam on an episode but it would have to be a flashback or something in the first season when it was still really hard on tthe Tanners coping with her death... maybe in the first season something comes up about her and they use flashbacks to show her

I think we agree on a lot of things about FH. Steph is both your fabvourite character and mine. We both like Steph and DJ better than Michelle, and like Steph and DJ as roommates better than Steph and Michelle. We both think season 3 is one of the best seasons, even if we don't give it the exact same rank. Also, I think we agree on a lot of the episodes as to whether they're good or not, especially in the earlier seasons. For instance, we both rank I'm Not DJ as one of our favourite episodes.

OTOH, our disagreements tend to be big ones. As in season 8 being my favourite season and your least favourite; Or me loving Crimes and Michelle's Misdemeanor and you not liking it much; or me loving Leap of Faith and you not liking it. Also, generally the way that you will dislike an episode simply because Michelle is bratty in it, whereas Michelle being bratty mostly isn't a factor in whether I like an episode or not.

It's generally not just Michelle that makes or breaks an episode for me.  However, if her behavior is a main component and the parenting is also strongly related to it, it does sour things.  If I find an episode otherwise great, I'm not afraid to say it (such as "Take My Sister, Please").

But I still think I'd be fine without too much detail on Pam.  I didn't really care for most of the FH flashbacks, and it was effect how we just found out certain tidbits about her through the course of the series I thought instead.

Michelle makes or breaks MANY an episode for me, I'm not gonna lie  :P....

but anyway I wouldn't have minded having one flashback episode as well as Goodbye Mr. Bear, but I wouldn't have wanted any more than that either.

If there they were to have another flashback, I wouldn't want it to be about her demise.  That would have been way too depressing.  Maybe a glance into what life was like when she and Danny were together and raising a family, but I can't see much else working.
