Maybe viewers weren't used to seeing the Olsen Twins not in FH anymore so they considered "So Little Time" and "Two of a Kind" to be sucky shows. I dunno just a thought I had.

It's possible, although judging on how popular they were outside of the show, I would have thought a lot of people would have tuned in no matter what the quality.

Yeah, it seems like no one really is interested in them anymore. I used to watch their show all the time when I was younger...but then they just got messed up!

It's quite something how the media turns on certain celebrities actually.  Not that it's always unjustified, but certain people are susceptible to a lot of that gossiping.  I'd count the Olsens in that group.

I'll nod at what fullhouseforever said. It might seem they're messed up or whatever but I suspect it's just that the media tends to portray people in a poor light partly by publishing their worst pictures. Most of the photos the paparazzi snap of them is in their casual wear or on times when they're kind of in a rush. Hence the bag lady look.

As for Two of a Kind and So Little Time, interesting stories about them both: Two of a Kind was cancelled after one season but what was strange about it was that they were getting very good reception for that show as well as high ratings. It's just that ABC was trying to go towards a more adult and urban kind of feel to their shows' lineups. Hence, The Practice, Ugly Betty, etc. Most of which I'm not fond of. It gets annoying...shows become a spin-off of a spin-off of a spin-off. heh

Anyway...

Some speculated it was something personal against them from the higher-ups but then that's just that: Speculation. So Little Time was more straight forward. Mary-Kate and Ashley wanted to concentrate on movies.

I remember seeing that thing on Blake and Dylan (Nicky and Alex) and how the one wante to pursue acting and the other didn't.  Seesm a little like htis thing with the Olsens, although I guess this is more about going solo than acting or not.
