From what I can tell, one is giggles' own, and another is from weird4. That covers two of them, but I could be wrong.

Yeah, I'd recommend it at all times if any votes aren't accounted. I was sure she already had 2 votes before both her own and weird's votes were made though. Because she already had two before she realized she could vote for herself. So that would mean a new one since then and one before that time.
