Absolute, Limited, or No Narrator Powers?
« Reply #15 on: June 02, 2007, 01:05:34 PM »

Considering everyone has voted except FHF (who abstained), no narrator wins the vote. 24 hours will be allowed for comments, and then we will start Session 52.

A majority wants a narrator of some sort. Even FHF said she didn't want no narrator. The poll was biased in favour of no narrator, becaue the votes in favour of a narrator got split between two options, while the votes of those who want no narrator did not.

Perhaps we could compromise and have a limited narrator. I voted for absolute narrator power, but would pick limited narrator power over no narrator. I suspect Weird4 would have the same second preference as me.

If you go from that angle, no narrator and for narrator were tied. I would agree to a compromise; try two more sessions with narrators and vote again...

Sounds good.   A couple more trials just seems like we'd get a better idea of how this would or wouldn't work, especially considering different people might play it out differently and there's a chance we could stumble upon something interesting in between.  So that would mean session 52 would be up to MT Fan then.

Well, BL did that random generator thing, and you were selected to narrate the next session if the narrator idea were to continue.  You can pretty much make it as limited as you want I guess.

Could one of the Roleplay directors please start the thread for session 52?

Okay, I'm on that now.  I guess this might as well be locked for now.
