that's very true, in actuality he probably had about as many lines as Michelle, but people rag on her because so many plot lines centered around her whereas Jesse's were intertwined with other people's plots

Well, Jesse had his plotlines revolve around him sometimes. I guess Jesse and Michelle had an equal amount of plotlines about them.

I don't think it's quite that.  It goes well with the phrasing that one radical opinion stands above all others, if that makes sense.  When there is an extreme either way, it gets emphasized more.  Plus many of Michelle's plots involve everyone paying attention to her.  In Jesse's, they're more self-contained or interactive.

Lol, csoup.  ;)  I guess this kind of thing can go for anybody.  DJ seems to be a character that has interesting enough plotlines, but can easily get lost in the mix because her character seems to blend in everything.  If Jesse didn't have a very big part in an episode, it'd be harder to notice than if Michelle didn't for example.

Everyone rants about Michelle being a brat and episodes centered on her. Am I the only one who thinks differently?
But I think they could have decreased the episodes on Jesse's band. They had a few to many of those.  :P

Well, I think for me with Michelle is after the first 2 or 3 seasons the episode that don't even involve her greatly can have negative connotations.  I know that doesn't work for everybody of course.  Jesse's personality didn't me that same impression.

Well you see, Jesse married Becky hence Jesse = cool.  I am not personally much of a little kid person, plus I am negatively predisposed towards obnoxious younger sisters, hence Michelle = not so much cool  :P
