I was thinking..... what if HR could have a suboard in the blogs area for small members to post blogs in.....

I'm not against that idea actually. It probably will work for the revolving door of people who come in just occasionally, but that still want to share some things going on for them.

I guess it also gives a place for those who don't really want a blog but might make use of something like that sparingly (before I think people have just used the Members Only section in those kinds of scenarios).

I don't know, doesn't it make more sense to post some of that kind of stuff in the Members Only board? I think it would be nice for the Members Only board to actually get used a bit.

I guess there's that too. Good point. In that case, we can put up the Vacation Announcement in the Members Only board as well.
