Over and Over

Plot: Danny is having a hard time at work and so when Mrs. Strawbridge warns him about sleeping on the job, Danny's day keeps happening and happening until things get right.
Season 10...

(Theme plays. Screen fades in on the Tanner house, Danny and Becky are preparing for the show. Meanwhile Jesse is watching after Alexandra.)

Becky: Hey Danny..What does karma mean to you?
Danny: Is that tonights theme? Karma?
Becky: Think so..
Danny: That's kind of...weird..But karma?
Jesse: Uh, I think karma is weird topic for the show.
Becky: It's the theme.
Jesse: Like a theme song?
Danny: Jess...why aren't you in school these days?
Jesse: So I flunked all my tests...
Danny: All of them?
Jesse: Okay some.
(Alexandra starts crying.)
Becky: I'll change her diaper. You Jess, start studying.
Jesse: Why? It's not like Danny's going to be a goon like last time.
(1:00 AM. Screen cuts to the studio. Danny is stretching and Becky is well..usual.)
Mrs. Strawbridge: Ah...There's the person I want to see. Danny Tanner..What's tonights theme?
Danny: Uh..Theme?
Mrs. Strawbridge: Yes. For the show?
Danny: Oh yeah. It's....
Becky: Karma!
Mrs. Strawbridge: Karma? Odd theme...
Becky: Just wait 'til tomorrows show theme....Genes...
Danny: GENES? What kind of theme is that?
Mrs. Strawbridge: I agree with Danny on this one. Genes aren't what the viewers are looking for these days. What about magic?
Danny: Magic?
(Mrs. Strawbridge gives Danny a stern look.)
Danny: I mean..Magic.
Becky: That's crazy. What does magic have to do with anything?
Mrs. Strawbridge: I like magic. Don't you?
Danny: Only in Vegas.
Mrs. Strawbridge; You better stay with me on this one Tanner. Or else...
(Donald Trump enters.)
Donald: YOU'RE FIRED! (leaves)
(Cut to Tanner house at 7:40 AM. Jesse is feeding Alexandra. Danny walks downstairs.)
Danny: Ugh. What a show that was.
Joey: I know. You sure milked that cow.
Danny: I did what?
Jesse: Don't listen to him Danny. You did great. Even the guests were excited.
Joey: They were sleeping after one question..."What does karma mean to you?"
Michelle: What's karma?
Danny: Ask Becky...
(Michelle leaves.)
(Screen fades out.)

I like the idea of continuing in that you pretty have a story arch, although the fact that the girls aren't involved in really anything isn't really what would happen.  Some of it's too quirky for the show, but that's what's interesting about a fanfic.

Michelle: I'm gonna get you!
Teddy: Oh no you won't!
Michelle: Oh yes I will!!
(Jesse enters.) What's going on down here?
Teddy: We're playing "Cops and Robbers"
Michelle: Yeah. I'm the cop.
Teddy: And I'm the robber.
(Danny walks down the stairs and trips on the last step.)
Michelle: (turns around.) DAD! Are you ok?
Danny: (muffled) Yeah. Guess so.
Jesse: That's why you should never play cops and robbers. Someone could get hurt.
Michelle: Wel Dad steped on my trap.
Teddy: What trap? All I see is your dad on the ground.
Jesse: Looks like someone waxed the last step...(looks at Michelle.)
Danny: Michelle, I have to prepare for tonights show...And...just be careful.
(At dinner that night.)
Danny: Okay guys. Dinners ready.
Joey: I hope it's not Danny's special stew.
Danny: It isn't. I think you'll like it a lot.
(Michelle runs through the door and slides under the table.)
Becky: Michelle, what's going on?
Jesse: She's been running around all day.
Michelle: Teddy had to go home and I heard there was going to be a special dinner.
Danny: Coleslaw!!
Everyone except Danny: Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww...
Alexandra: Bogus..
Becky: Did you hear that Jess? Her first word.
Jesse: No...I was to busy going awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww...
Alexandra: Bogus..
Becky: She did it again!!
Danny: Well isn't that great? She's been here for 4 months and said her first word...
(Cut to 1:00 AM at studio)
Mrs. Strawbridge: Ah...There's the person I want to see. Danny Tanner..What's tonights theme?
Danny: Uhh...Becky didn't tell me yet.
Becky: Yes I did. Remember I told you earlier.
Danny: You did?
Becky: Yeah. Karma!
Danny: Karma was yesterdays theme...Wasn't it?
Becky: No. Yesterdays theme was hats...
Danny: Oh right...
Mrs Strawbridge: You okay Danny? You seem...tense.
Danny: I'm not tense...It feels like I've just done this.....
Mrs Strawbridge: Well better shape up. 'Cause if you don't...
Danny: I'm fired..
Mrs Strawbridge: Exactly.
(Cut to 7:50 AM...Danny walks downstairs.)
Joey: Wow Danny. You sure milked that cow.

Joey: I still don't know what karma means...
Jesse: Get a brain weasel head.
(Screen fades out. Cut to commercial.)

Decent plot, reminds me of Groundhog Day, some of the dialogue boters me because it is so unrealistic.

Michelle: I'm gonna get you!
Teddy: Oh no you won't!
Michelle: Oh yes I will!!
Jesse: (enters) What's going on here?
Teddy: We're playing "Cops and Robbers"
Michelle: Yeah. I'm the cop.
Teddy: And I'm the robber.
(Danny walks down the stairs and notices the last step and jumps over the last step.)
Danny: Phew. That was close.
Teddy: You'll never get me!! (jumps on the last step and trips)
Michelle: YAY! You fell for my trap!
Danny: Michelle? Why'd you wax the last step?
Michelle: That was part of my trap..Besides I have other traps around.
Danny: Really?
Jesse: Danny, I'm impressed with you...
Danny: I didn't do anything...
(Cut to dinner.)
Danny: Dinners ready...again.
Joey: I hope it's not Danny's special stew.
Danny: It isn't...I think you'll...like it.
(Michelle runs through the door and slides under the table.)
Becky: Michelle, what's going on?
Jesse: She's been running around all day.
Michelle: Teddy had to go home and I heard there was going to be a special dinner.
Danny: Coleslaw!! (whispers.) Again...
Everyone except Danny: Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww...
Alexandra: Bogus..

Did you all that repetition on purpose, weird4, because on some parts it seems like they completely forgot about what went on before (like the first word bit with the baby)?
