Yup. I've got it for my Xbox and Playstation 2, since one is at my moms and one is at my dads. It's so awesome, I rock at it! I'm on hard (cuz I've been playing for a long time), but I can play Woman on expert because it's so incredibly easy. But it's so much fun and I love to play it when I have spare time.

My brother has both the first one and the second.  It seems like quite a fun game, although I never try it on anything more than easy.  For one I hate having to hear songs too much in too little time.  And I also don't really have the patience.  I also am not a big fan of some of the versions of songs they include on there (although to be fair some are decent).

I'd have to go with Can't You Hear Me Knocking in II for obvious reasons, although I much prefer the original version.  There are a few that I quite love though.

My favorite song is probably Heart Shaped Box, just because it's probably the only song that isn't some guns-drugs-n'-women hair metal from the 80s. I think the concept is great but I think most of the music in it is bland and lacks variety.

I HATE the version of Laid To Rest... it sounds nothing like the original version.  I mean it's suck a great song but Guitar Hero ruined it.  I'm not crazy about the version of Heart Shaped Box either.  I'm gonna get Guitar Hero 1 next because there's a lot of good songs on there like Iron Man and Fat Lip.

I'm a little more interested in this one, simply because not everything is 80s metal. Kudos to the GH staff for figuring that problem out. I'm not sure it's worth $50 that I could easily spend on 6 CDs.

Lol I think it's gonna be more than $50... no matter how much it costs, I already have $100 saved for it.

I thought it was coming out on November 15th?? Maybe I'm just getting all these gay release dates mixed up...

http://xbox360.ign.com/launch/guitar-hero-3.html

oh well if that's true it's A LOT sooner than I planned....

EDIT:  50 bucks for the game, 90 buckss for the game and wireless controller  :-\ I think I'm just gonna get the game, I'm debating because there's 2 things I want that are close/over $1,000 that I really need...
